What is a Single Wall Cardboard Box?
Single Wall Cardboard Boxes are constructed of three layers of paper, two outer layers with one interior layer (called flutes or waves) determining the strength of the box.

What can you use Single Wall Cardboard Boxes for?
Single Wall Cardboard Boxes are the most popular type of cardboard box, suitable for the packaging of a wide range of items, designed for light to medium duty use and normally made in a variation of styles and sizes. They are also ideal for use as postal boxes or shipping boxes.

What is the difference between Single Wall & Double Wall Cardboard Boxes?
Whereas Single Wall cardboard Boxes are constructed on one interior layer (flutes), Double Wall Cardboard Boxes are constructed with two interior layers (flutes) and a liner board between them. This 5-ply assembly provides additional strength and stability, making Double Wall better than Single Wall for heavy duty packaging requirements.
