Cut-off for orders for Christmas delivery is Wednesday 18th December 2024. Any orders placed after this date will be fulfilled upon our return on Monday 6th January 2024.

Stampbourne Ltd Delivery Policy

The delivery service and cost on orders to UK postcode addresses, is calculated dynamically based on the total order content;  weight and parcel volumetric are the calculation measures.

The delivery charge will be calculated automatically at check out. As you add or remove products from your order, the delivery charge will recalculate. The minimum delivery charge is £6.00 excluding VAT.

Parcelforce express 24hr service is the mainstay of our delivery service

Parcelforce 48 hour delivery is used when the parcel weight or volumetric exceeds the  Parcelforce express 24 hour service terms and conditions.

Each parcel is fully tracked; progress of your items can be monitored from despatch to delivery.

Delivery Upgrades

Currently no delivery upgrades are available online.

Working days : Monday to Friday.

The Parcelforce express 24hr service will aim to be deliver the goods between 08:30 and 17:30 on working days

Please note: deliveries may, occasionally, need to be made outside these times due to unforeseen circumstances.

Next Day Deliveries

The cut-off time for next working day deliveries is 13.00 hrs, Monday to Friday. Orders received on a Saturday, or Sunday or during Bank Holidays will be scheduled  for the next working day.

How will Stampbourne Ltd deliver my order?

We use national carriers to deliver goods. We use a parcel carrier and a pallet carrier, depending on the volume of your order.

Please note: We may only be able to make deliveries to the ground floor entrance point of your business or home, or a loading bay.

Bank Holiday Delivery Information

There will be no deliveries on Bank Holidays.

Can you deliver to my area?

Stampbourne Ltd can only accept orders for delivery to UK addresses. We cannot deliver to P.O Box addresses.

Do you deliver overseas?

We deliver to UK postcodes only excluding P.O Box addresses.

How soon will Stampbourne Ltd dispatch my order?

The items offered for sale on this site are stock lines. Under normal circumstances, they will always be in stock and available for immediate dispatch. We will dispatch completed orders as soon as the payment has been cleared

Can I collect my order?

Stampbourne Ltd operates an online shop, and we can deliver your order to your door throughout all of the UK. However it is also possible for you to collect your order directly from our factory.

Non receipt of an order

If you do not receive your order, due to no one being at the delivery address to receive the goods, Parcelforce will leave a card informing you of the actions that they have taken and require you to take.

If, after 16 days of being held for collection, they return the goods to us we will contact you to make arrangements for re delivery, at an additional charge, or refund the payment for the goods less the carriage costs.

What is Stampbourne Ltd’s returns policy?

If you have receive damaged or defective products, we apologise in advance and ask you to inform us of the problem; either call us on  01260 298898 and ask for customer services or email info@boxesonthenet.co.uk.

We will arrange with you for the return of the item and upon receipt of the return

We will arrange to either replace the item(s) or refund you,  to the value of the item.

 Standard no-fault returns

  1. No-fault return goods can only be returned up to 14 working days starting the day after delivery.
  2. Products are returned at your own cost, unused and undamaged in their original packaging.
  3. The goods remain your responsibility until the goods have been received on Stampbourne Ltd’s premises.
  4. For returns to be processed and refunded, you need to complete the online returns form and clearly attach the resulting form to the outside of the goods.
  5. Goods must be returned in full pack quantities. We cannot offer any refunds on partial packs.
  6. For no-fault goods returned by the customer, Stampbourne  Packaging will refund the price paid minus a re-stocking administration fee of 15% of the value of the order.
  7. Stampbourne  Ltd  will not pay for delivery charges on standard no-fault returns.

Stampbourne Ltd  will endeavour to process all returns within 3 days of receipt of the return.
